In compliance with NSDAR Standing Rules A1 and A2 and the NSDAR Circularization Policy (2025 update), all membership data — including but not limited to data in eMembership, directories of DAR members, and chapter, state, and national yearbooks — is entrusted to members exclusively for official use.

The National Society expressly prohibits the use of member data for any purpose including but not limited to personal, commercial, political, or promotional purposes. No member data may be downloaded, republished, distributed, shared, sold, or duplicated, in whole or in part, for any of these purposes, or for any purpose other than one related to official DAR duties, tasks, or responsibilities, or for any purpose that is calculated to disturb the harmony of the National Society, to injure its reputation, or to hamper it in its work.
